1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

 

2. Delivery Options & Costs

  • We offer Standard and Express delivery options.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size, and delivery option selected.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over 100 euros.

 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):​

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors are outside our control.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available).

  • Tracking may not be available for certain standard shipping methods.

 

5. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

    • Delays caused by customs or courier services.

    • Lost packages where tracking shows delivery was completed.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If an item is missing, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
