Returns and Refund Policy

We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, which give you the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days.

1. Right to Cancel

  • You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to cancel your order for any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must inform us by email.

2. Returns Process

  • After notifying us, you must return items within 14 days.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Customised or personalised items.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., cosmetics, earrings).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

  • We will refund the item price plus the standard delivery cost you paid (if applicable).

  • We do not refund extra delivery charges for premium/express shipping.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
